LIV Golf 2024 schedule, events, dates revealed sure to bring Brooks Koepka relief

With the new year right around the corner, LIV Golf has finally given the golf world its 2024 golf schedule — well, most of it anyway.

On Wednesday, the Saudi-backed golf league announced the third season's locations for 10 of its 14 tournaments in a press release.

LIV Golf finally delivered after one of its biggest names on tour, Brooks Koepka, took to Instagram to voice his frustrations.

The Tour will visit three new United States and three international locations, but four venues are unavailable.

LIV’s April 5th-7th event is listed as LIV USA, with the golf course to be determined. That tournament is the week before the Masters. The March 1st-3rd Saudi Arabia event is also on the to-be-announced list.

Its individual and team championship venues are also unknown at this time. The last two seasons saw the team tournament at Trump Doral in Miami, but that will be different in 2024.

Some reports suggest that the individual championship will be at Rich Harvest Farms outside Chicago, and the team finale will be at Maridoe Golf Club in Dallas, per Sports Illustrated.

Earlier this fall, the first two events were released. LIV Golf opens its 2024 season in Mayakoba, Mexico, at El Camaleón Golf Course on Feb. 2nd-4th. They will hit the desert the following week (Feb. 8th-10th) at Las Vegas Country Club for the LIV Las Vegas tournament.

This event is the same week as the PGA Tour’s Waste Management Phoenix Open and the Super Bowl in Nevada at Allegiant Stadium.

The rival tour will head overseas for LIV Golf Hong Kong March 8th-10th.

LIV Golf Adelaide is the sixth event of the season on April 26th-28th at the Grange Golf Club. The following week, May 3rd-5th, LIV heads to the Serapong at Sentosa Golf Club for LIV Golf Singapore.

One of the new events in the United States is LIV Golf Houston at the Golf Club of Houston on June 7th-9th. Nashville is another new host city for the rival tour on June 21st-23rd at The Grove.

LIV Golf Andalucía is the 10th tournament of their season at the Real Club Valderrama on July 12th-14th.

LIV Golf will not return to London’s Centurion Club, where it hosted its inaugural event. Instead, it will play in Staffordshire, England, for LIV Golf UK on July 26th-28th at JCB Golf and Country Club.

The Saudi-backed tour will however return to Greenbrier on August 16th-18th to close out its regular season. LIV Golf’s Individual and Team Championships will follow that event.

These venue omissions raise concerns for the leagues’ stability.

At this point in 2022, the entire 2023 season was set and released for over a month. Now, LIV remains in a state of uncertainty, with 20% of its overall schedule still without venues.
